Materials placed in the skip bin must not:
Overfill the skip bin, so that they can spill out, or be blown onto the adjacent area, or cause nuisance to pedestrians or other road users.
Comprise any food waste or any material that may rot or cause offensive odors or other nuisance to residents or road users
